Google Search Console
The Core Web Vitals report shows URL performance grouped by status (Poor, Need improvement, Good), metric type (CLS, FID, INP, and LCP).

Who can use this tool?
As the tool can be found via a public URL (search.google.com/search-console), it doesn't require downloading any tools. However, you do need to register and login to be able to see data of the domains that you own.
You could be invited by others too. This is convenient when you're not the owner of a site, but when you actually are asked to help during troubleshooting.
