The audience dashboard is the first dashboard in RUMvision where you will find data from your real users. Here we have all of the important data in a clear format that everyone in the organisation can understand. Because not everyone is familiar with the Core Web Vitals thresholds and does not know if a certain value is too high, the majority of the data on the audience dashboard is based on scores. This is due to the fact that a 0 to 100 score speaks clearly to everyone.

UX and FUX score

These are 0 to 100 scale ratings of your real users' experiences. Unlike the UX score, the FUX score is based only on unique page views; if you have a large number of ads running, for example, you can expect a higher number of unique visitors. This is also one of the reasons the FUX score was created, because you want to provide the best possible experience for exploratory visitors to your brand (and website).

If you've enabled SPA tracking, you will see an SPA score instead of a UX score to directly illustrate how soft navigations are performing compared to first pagehits.

Competitors UX score

The great thing is that we can also track competitors' UX scores, as we have the historical data at our disposal. On the audience dashboard, we therefore also show a ranking of you and your competitors.

(F) UX metric scores

Examine your UX and FUX scores to see how you perform for each metric. This way, you'll know exactly which metric is lowering your score and, as a result, where you need to improve. With this information, you can also determine where you can go deeper in the technical tab.

You can switch between the UX and FUX via the toggle at the top right.

(F)UX score by page template

You can see the template's UX score based on which templates and URLs you track. When you select the FUX score option, you will see the FUX score for each template. The templates are listed in descending order of page views. Based on the number of page views, you can see which template contributes the most to the Core Web Vitals, but also which one has the worst score and thus could be prioritized.

(F)UX score timeline

On the right side of your audience dashboard, you'll find a timeline of your UX and FUX score. This shows what these scores were on certain days of the week, this depends on your selected date range.

Geography

If you have geographic tracking enabled, you are going to see a start in terms of geopgraphy tracking here. You can see here what percentage of your visitors are from which countries.

Visitor footprint

One of the coolest features of real user monitoring is that we can see under what conditions your real visitors are coming in. Are they coming in through an ad? And on what internet speed and device memory. The visitor footprint shows four key points that correlate with page speed.

  • While internet speed will play a small role, it's especially the navigationtype and back/forward caches that will play a bigger towards your site's LCP;
  • Certain parameters from advertising platforms can have an impact on the TTFB;
  • The faster your users device memory is the better INP scores you will see on your visitor footprint.
