What's coming with RUMvision 2.0?

We’re launching a new version of RUMvision. Our 2.0 model is a rebuilt foundation with new features we’ve been working on for months. Here’s what that means for you.

The dashboards you know are staying

Let’s start with what’s not changing. The core dashboards you use today aren’t going anywhere. Your filters, data, and workflows are all still there. We’ve stayed close to what works. If you know your way around RUMvision now, you’ll know your way around 2.0.

The health check

Until now, RUMvision gave you the data to figure out what’s wrong with your site. That worked. But it also meant you had to know where to look. You had to apply the right filters, find the correct metric, and draw your own conclusions.

The health check does that work for you.

It scans your site automatically and tells you what needs attention. Not just “your CLS is bad”, but “your add-to-cart button shifts during load, here’s why that matters, and there’s how to fix it.”

It also scans each health check on multiple percentiles, meaning that we're not going easy on you, as we want you to optimize your website for 90% of your users.

You’ll receive concrete action points, not just data.

Don’t worry, we’re launching the health check with 7 checks. We aim to add one new check every week. This way, you get a steady stream of new insights you can act on, without feeling overwhelmed.

The API is here

Many of you have asked for the ability to pull RUMvision data into your dashboards. With 2.0, that’s finally possible. Connect whatever you require, from client portals to reports and internal tools.

Of course you can use the Annotation API to automatically add your releases in your annotation overview in RUMvision.

No price increase

Yup, you’ve read that right. New features usually mean higher prices, but not this time. The health check, API and our new design: it’s all included in your current plan. We think these features should be part of what RUMvision is, not an upsell.

What happens on launch day

Before we go live, we've invited some of you to preview the new version and flag anything we missed. After this phase, we’re switching everyone over at once. We’ve tested 2.0 extensively. We’ll have the team ready to help if anything feels off.
